In an increasingly competitive market, Relish were asked to help Budgens regain some of their brand quality and communicate a more
personable message throughout their stores.
The brand had slowly lost the confidence of it's customers over a period of years and we were keen to re-establish a more caring and artisan approach to their localised offering.
Budgens were in a fantastic position of being able to take advantage of the ever increasing 'convenience' shopping trend and introduce a more crafted, caring offering to the local high street.
We set about redesigning the key areas of the store that would maximise the customers experience. Specific touch points such as fresh produce, the deli and butcher counters were reworked to reflect the artisan market approach.
